Short Sales

Short Sales provide a technique for the investor who is patient and loves to negotiate. This technique is useful when dealing with Lenders who are about to begin the foreclosure process. If it is more attractive for the Lender to agree to a short sale than to take the property through the foreclosure process a savy investor may be able to pick up a good deal.
